If you’ve found yourself wondering:
- why do so many of these babies have reflux? constipation?
- is nursing just…harder these days than it used to be?
- nothing I do seems to help this baby – why are they so fussy?
You’re not alone.
When I first went into practice, I was asking these questions, frustrated by the lack of real answers in the postpartum care space. The responses most parents get when they ask their providers about these topics usually amounts to the following:
- “It’s normal.”
- “They’ll grow out of it.”
- “It’s just colic”.
It wasn’t good enough for me. And it’s still not good enough for me. So I started digging deeper.
I dove into gut health.
I dove into hormone balance.
I dove into nervous system care.
I dove into oral function.
I dove into root causes.
I’ll be completely honest – I still don’t have all the answers. Not even close. But I’ve learned a lot and I’m ready and excited to share what I have compiled with others, so we can grow and learn together.
Because families desperately need better care, better resources. They are willing to go to extraordinary lengths to get it. And if we can help move the needle even a little bit, or point them in the right direction – they are immensely grateful.
