Support Groups and Playgroups for New Parents in Ann Arbor

We were never meant to parent in isolation. Getting out to spend time with other parents and little ones is essential for the mental health of most new parents.

This list is a compilation of the support groups, playgroups, meetups, etc., available to new parents in the greater Ann Arbor area. I will do my best to keep it up to date, but please take care to verify that the group is currently active by clicking the related link or contacting the group organizer.

If there is anything here out of date, or if you have a group to submit to the list, please feel free to email me at jill@integrativelactation.com.

Go out and find your people!
