- Offered in partnership with Ypsi-Arbor Childbirth Ed, this two-hour course covers basics of feeding & sleep for expecting parents
- Available as a standalone class or included within Ypsi-Arbor CBE’s comprehensive childbirth ed series.
- Includes one week of lactation text support following baby’s birth!

Better Bottle Feeding ($50)
Come learn everything you need to know to get bottle feeding off to a good start! We’ll cover:
- How to communicate with your care providers & avoid common pitfalls
- Optimal bottle types (& why they matter)
- Best positions for bottle feeding
- How to support healthy digestion & reduce spit-up from bottle feeding
